Why hotels belong in the answer
A traveller who types or speaks a question such as "where should we stay in Malta in October?" now receives a short, confident reply rather than a page of links. A hotel that is not described clearly and consistently, in places an assistant can read and cite, is simply absent from that reply. Visit Travel Group builds the AI platforms that sit behind those questions, one destination at a time, so that the hotels we partner with are part of what is recommended.
We do this through a network of Visit + Destination brands: names such as VisitMalta and VisitMiami that travellers already search for, turned into editorial destination guides with a conversational concierge and a direct booking path.
What joining gives your property
Your hotel is described once, accurately, from information you approve, and that description is carried consistently across the destination platform: the property page, the concierge's answers and the structured data that machines read. Nothing is invented. Every fact on a hotel page comes from supplied evidence, and each page shows when it was last checked.
Bookings are routed to your own booking engine or to an approved inventory partner, so the guest relationship, the rate and the availability remain yours. Our OTA and travel partner connections can sit alongside that direct route rather than replace it.
How it works in practice: VisitMalta
The working example is VisitMalta.co.uk, built in partnership with KM Malta Airlines, the national airline. Hotels appear only when they are approved in the booking inventory, and the platform's concierge, Melita, answers from a curated knowledge base rather than from guesswork. A guest can move from asking where to stay to checking dates and booking without leaving the destination site.
The same approach is what we intend for VisitMiami.co.uk, where we are looking for hotel partners now.
Hotel groups and chains
For groups, the value compounds: one relationship, many destinations. A chain with properties in several of the cities and islands in our portfolio can be represented consistently across all of them, with a single point of contact and a single set of approved brand assets. We would rather build that carefully than quickly, and we agree the scope destination by destination.
What we ask of our partners
- Accurate, current property information, supplied or confirmed by you.
- A booking route, either your own engine or an inventory feed.
- A named contact for content approval and updates.
- Approval of how your brand name and imagery are used.
Commercial terms are agreed individually. If you would like to talk about your property or your group, use the form below, or read how we work with tourist boards and airlines to see the wider network your hotel would join.
